The BlackDeath Bass 1 is a heavyweight series amplifier for competition or killer street bass, brutal performance taken to extreme levels. The specifications speak for themselves; this is deadly power of monstrous proportions.
The highly efficient Class GH power supply provides the clean sound quality of Class AB, but with the efficiency comparable to Class D. Class GH technology means that the BlackDeath Bass 1’s dampening factor is 20 times better than Class D with 20 times less Distortion and very low EMI radiation.
The BlackDeath Bass 1 is designed to deliver the best sound quality at highest power. The onboard Linkwitz Riley 24db per octave active crossover provides superior sound quality, with the Subsonic and Low Pass filters removing unwanted frequencies for a better bass output.
The extruded aluminum heatsink incorporates the newest ICC (Internal Convection Cooling) vented technology to eliminate the need for external cooling fins, enhancing the contemporary aesthetics of the amp whilst keeping the internals cool however it is mounted. The multispeed fan control allows efficient cooling of internal components even when handling extreme power. Clipping detection influences the fan speed and is displayed on the panel lighting for diagnostics checks.
VIBE has invested in some of the most advanced, cutting edge amplifier protection circuitry for the BlackDeath Bass 1. The thermal, short circuit, reverse polarity and overvoltage protection circuitry is all microprocessor controlled with diagnostics available from the Bass 1’s LED error display.
The BlackDeath Bass 1 amplifier is strappable, allowing 2 amplifiers to the deliver full power output of each amplifier into a single channel (of up to 5000w RMS @ 2Ω Mono Strapped). The Slave/ Master circuit allows an infinite number of amplifiers to be daisy chained together, with only the controls on the master needing to be set.
The BlackDeath Bass 1 is strappable, allowing 2 BlackDeath amplifiers to be linked together with the full power delivery of both amplifiers outputted to a single channel.
